Job Designation – Field Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Generate secondary sales per month as per assigned target from the assigned set of
    contractor’s in territory
  2. Daily Visits to new sites provided by Painters/Contractors/dealers/self to pitch products
  3. Walk in Sites to be registered and assign to Painters/contractors
  4. To handle Painter/Contractors from his Market
  5. Make Painters/Contractors calls in a day
  6. Conduct Market activities as per annual allocation by HO Marketing
  7. Regular Updating of contractor point
  8. Education/Communication to Painter/contractors of new initiatives taken by HO Marketing
  9. Ensure timely gift redemption of all painters/contractors of his depot
  10. Handle Painters/contractor complaints related to scheme gratifications
  11. Ensure POSM Visibility at Dealer Outlet.
  12. Ensure Painter/Contractor secondary schemes communication
  13. New Product Launch/Go to market plan execution at Painters/contractor point.

CTC – 25,000-30,000 + Market Allownace + Sales Incentive

Criteria for KNPL

  1. Min Qualification – Graduation
  2. Two wheeler and DL (Applied for DL is also considered)
  3. Sales Experienced / Fresher can also Apply
  4. Age up to 30 Years
